The LC Eyegaze Edge is available with the PowerBox 7, but can be used with any PC with Windows XP, Vista and 7 via USB. The advantage of the LC Edge is that is requires no additional power. If using a standard PC, you can use a 12" to 19" monitor.
The software will work for the majority of users who wear contact lenses or glasses. There are options for dwell or blink to select items onscreen. The LC system works best for those with minimal head movement, and so is not recommended for use as a portable device.
The software offers a 'mouse-control' mode which allows users to access standard Windows programs directly, using offscreen buttons for mouse actions.
