Grid Player is the free way to access your grids on is a App from Sensory Software that enables you to use grids from The Grid 2 on an iPad or the new Papoo Touch communication aid.
It comes with three complete grid sets – Symbol Talker A, Symbol Talker B and Text Talker. The symbol based grid sets are complete dynamic screen vocabularies and are available for two different levels of user.
To make changes to these grid sets, or to use other Grid 2 resources with Grid Player, you need to use The Grid 2 PC software.
We have created Grid Player optimised versions of our most popular grid sets, which you can download from Online Grids.
Currently it is not possible to use our paid-for grid sets such as IDV, CALLTalk and WordPower.

Grid Player includes Widgit and SymbolStix symbols. It is not currently possible to use paid-for symbol libraries such as PCS, Bliss and Makaton.Speech

The standard iPad 2 we will supply is the 16GB version in black without WiFi. If you wish to upgrade the memory or would rather the white version then please state this when placing your order. The price will increase inline with the Apple price structure.
The iAdaptor 2 is a ruggedised case for the iPad 2 that provides protect for the inevitable knocks and bumps associated with a portable device. It includes a built in speaker and shoulder strap.
Keyguards are available to fit over any size of grid. As the iPad 2 screen has a 'resistive touch' we are able to fix the keyguard o the screen itself without worrying about it effecting the users' selections.
