Our assistive technology advice and information team travel the UK and Ireland to visit anyone wanting a Smartbox product assessment or demonstration, free of charge.

The reason we offer such a wide range of communication aids, communication software and access technology is so that our AT advisors are able to find the best possible solution for each individual user’s needs. For example we take four eyegaze systems on each access visit as well as a number of alternative access solutions.

We have a very knowledgeable advisory team with many years of experience of working with disabled people.  Our recommendations are based on first hand evidence and we always prioritise the needs of the individual user.

Our advisory team meets once a month to discuss and learn from each other’s experiences. We also ask experts within the field to come and teach us more about various aspects of the industry.
